I've just had a LEEP done and have ?'s?!
Question: I went in to have a LEEP done 17 days ago and am still bleeding. A week ago I started having heavy bleeding and passing clots,called Dr. said it was o.k. Well it tapered off a bit,but a week to that day it got worse extremely heavy flow and several clots,I know this must not be normal,has any one had this procedure or know any advice to give? If so,thanks in advance.

i had one done about 4 months ago! i bleed for a few days the my period started I think! Then after a few days all i had was very light spotting! Then about 4 weeks later i lifted something heavy and bust a blood vein open i was soaking though a pad about every half hour and there were large blood clots! Are you lifting anything heavy? You might just take it easy for a day like take the day off work and sit at home and watch TV and rest and if that does not help go the doctor or the ER!

I had it done and bleed like that for almost a month. Wouldn't bleed for like three days the would have heavy flows for a day and then repeat. I beleive it is normal. If not, I should have called my doctor... heh
