YES!!! it affects some women a lot, like me. the day or two before my period my boyfriend always knows to keep his distance or just avoids me all together lol :p other women don't experience it at all. but it is a very real thing and it's so bad for some women that they need to take presciption meds to keep it under control. it can usually be something to joke about (after the fact, of course), but it can be a problem that needs taking care of. just type "PMS" in a search box on the internet and you'll get thousands of hits with plenty of information
