Being fingered for the first time in a hot tub?!


Question: im kinda freaking out because i dont know if it will hurt because im scarred to just use a tampon. and i dont know if it will be bad since we're going to be in a hot tub. and i dont know if im supposed to shave or not. im kinda freaking out so can you please help me?!?!?! =/

First off, it may or may not hurt. I hear women are all different, sized differently down there, etc. I recommend having your partner start with one finger and progress if that doesn't do it for you. My girlfriend is smaller in that area and one finger does the trick, and I only use two if she is really in the mood and especially aroused.

A hot tub may not be the best place to start, mainly because the water can make things less lubricated. It sounds strange as water is liquid, but in a way it washes natural lubrication away. When you become aroused your vagina will create some natural lubrication that usually helps, but it won't help so much in the water. You could have some water proof lube (silicon based, for example), although this calls for lots of planning, purchasing, etc. to be taken care of before hand and can also ruin the mood. Perhaps try somewhere else if possible, as the more lubricated you are the better and easier it will be (and better it will feel). Again, natural lubrication may be enough for you (some girls have more than others), but water will certainly lower the amount however much it is.

Finally, don't worry so much about the shaving issue. While some guys like it completely shaved, not all guys do. I personally find it strange and reminiscent of a baby, which is awkward and a turn off. For this reason, I like some hair, although trimmed. So I would say just do some basic trimming and grooming, but don't feel like you need to take it all off. Trimming is easier on your part, won't result in itching, won't result in in-grown hairs, and you won't have to worry about those in-grown hair red bumps showing up - these are much much worse than hair.

And always remember if one of you aren't in the mood when this 'planned event' comes along, then it's ok. Don't force it. Wait until you are in the mood and just let it happen naturally. Sometimes planning these kinds of things can ruin the moods a bit.

    Well, don't freak out. It's not like you have to do anything except enjoy it. It can hurt for the first time because it's a delicate area. Yet, for the same reason it will feel good. A lot of guys like you to shave just because hair down there feels weird, especially wet. Have fun! Don't go bad. [;
    okay, first of all hot tubs are full of chlorine. shave right before going in and you may find it unpleasant. try a very close scissor trim if you must.

    water can wash away some of your natural lubricant. do you really even want finger penetration?

    shaving is totally optional - you're not a porn star. trim to be considerate if anyone is goign downtown, but that's fine. hair is there to separate a woman from a child. it's totally natural. generally a trim is good. just make sure you shower and use a wash cloth and it is never a problem.
    itll hurt if you have a tampon in, wait til after your period
