red diarhea sounds more like she is bleeding in her digestive tract which is serious or she drank lots of red Koolaid which is very possible.

Bright red diarrhea can be caused by several things. It could be blood from the rectum . It can also be caused by hard stools that are irritating the anus. To be sure you should take your daughter to the doctor so they can do a stool sample.
No, that's not a sign. Sounds like something is wrong with her digestive tract, so if it doesn't clear up, I'd take her to her doctor.
Could also be a sign she has endometriosis in the bowel. She needs to have her faeces tested for the presence of blood. If that is positive she should have a colonoscopy. If she is suspected of having endometriosis she should have an ultrasound and laparoscopy. I had endometriosis of the bowel, bladder as well as all my reproductive organs.
Whatever the case she should be checked out by a doctor.
