yes you are normal. every woman or girl develops differently. don't feel different. you are how you were made, and everyone is unique.
Its definitely normal. You're just developing faster than most girls your age, but they will catch up to you. There was a girl in my sixth grade class who had a C cup as well, when most of the others either didn't have anything or had maybe an A or AA cup.
I wouldn't worry about it. You're just developing early. People will catch up with you. Don't feel really self-concious about it. Stick out your chest and walk proudly :P
I was a C when I was your age. No worries. There is no "normal" breast size, everyone is different.
Don't worry about if its not normal, it can be normal a lot of girls go through this and worry just like you are. Don't feel like you're the only one because you're actually not...i hope this bit of info helps and relieves you.
