traci.... PLEASE be advised that going to the bathroom after sex DOES NOT get rid of semen, as your vagina has nothing to do with peeing.... jeez, that's scary.

You may just be sore from the sex if he was 'riding high'. It IS a good idea to use the bathroom, because peeing gets rid of the bacteria that gets into the opening of the urethra and could cause you to get a UTI.

I get that sometimes too, u gota make sure that u pee straight after and not lay there with semen inside ya, if u are using condoms then maybe go see doc as there may be a urinary tract infection,if it becomes really stingy go anyway!

You might be developing a urinary tract infection. You definitely need to see a doctor to get your urine tested for this. Don't be embarrased as this happens to a lot of women right after sex. Hope this helps.

You really need to start going to the bathroom as soon as you and your boyfriend are finished. What you could be expiriencing is the start of a urinary infection.

- The reason you should go to the bathroom as soon as you're done is becuase while having sex, bacteria can be pushed into your urethra. If it sits for a couple hours with out being removed, (by urinating) it can cause infection

It's always best to pee STRAIGHT after sex - I know this sounds like a mood killer, but find a way to do it. If it's unprotected, this gives the semen a chance to get out and you empty your bladder.

I too find it hurts a bit the next morning but I can usually avoid it by peeing straight after sex :)

sounds like you have an infection
