warmth, a heating pad and pressure. put a heating pad on your tummy and then some pressure, like a heavy book. i used to lay my child across my tummy. still take the pills, tho. also, lay on your tummy in the hottest bath you can deal with. you may also get some relief with pain patches that generate heat. good luck, sweetie, i'm glad that i'm in menopause, but i remember cramps and they aren't fun.

any sort of heat! hot water bottle or heating pad!

Soak in a tub of warm or hot water. Throw in some bath crystals or light a candle because the scents will soothe you. Lay down on the couch or your bed with your back, head, and legs supported and put a heating pad or hot water bottle on your stomach. Try putting a damp, but not wet, washcloth under the heating pad becasue moist heat is often the most effective.

Definitely a hot water bottle. Masturbation is a good temporary relief too (sorry to offend any sensitive ears out there).

As a long term solution, drinking lots of water all month long, cutting out coffee and getting regular vigorous exercise will often get rid of menstrual cramps.

drink tons of water
potassium
b vitamins

ibuprofen works wonders for me. otherwise you could try a heating pad or a hot bath to relieve the pain

Ibuprofen should work but it will make them worse if you don't eat anything with it. You can get your OBGYN to prescribe something strong enough for your cramps.
A hot bath and exercise will decrease cramps.
