Question: 'm 14 years old, 5'1 and a quarter,i weigh 114 lbs, and i'm a 32A. do i need to lose weight or change myself at all? any reccomendations, diet, excersize are fine thanks! are my proportions okay? also, am i fat, skinny,or normal?

Well I'm turning 14 soon, and I am 5'6" and weight 108lbs. A lot of girls carry their weight differently, and puberty may have you a little out of proportion, but that's not your fault.

1. Go to google
2. Type in BMI calculator
It will tell you whether you are underweight, average, or overweight.
You sound pretty normal to me, if you have weight to lose then it shouldn't be much.

That sounds very normal. I'm 5'2" and weigh about the same. :)

Unless you're gaining tons of weight, I'd recommend that you just keep doing whatever you're doing.

That sounds about normal. You should try to get some exercise everyday. It is good for everyone and will give you a healthy glow. Try walking, running, riding a bike or shooting some hoops. Eat as many whole foods as possible. Stay away from processed foods like crackers, chips, desserts and fried foods. If you do this you will look and feel great and not have to worry about your weight.
