Is it all downhill after the menopause?!
Question: I am 30 and hopefully have a few years left before the menopause but my mothers was early (mid 30's) and as far as I have heard from other women aging as far as your looks go seem to take a drastic turn for the worse once you are menopausal. Is this really the case and what can I do to offset or delay the effects?

that's not true, as long as you take care of yourself and exercise, you're not going to immediately lose your looks the minute you hit menopause. you were hearing a bunch of old wives's tales.
I don't think there is much you can do. sorry. check with your doctor.
