This happens to some runners - I ran cross-country in school and this would happen to a couple of other girls after the race. When you stop running, your muscles relax, and you pee your pants. And it would be clear, especially if you've been drinking a lot of water to keep hydrated.

It might just be disharge.

its normal...i have the same thing...your releasing discharge

Its discharge you are going through puberty. HOORAY!

I have that problem now too when I work out, thanks to my 18 month old son. If you have children, usually that is the main cause of stress incontinence.

It could be your natural lubrication. Adrenaline could cause you to make it.

me too! but I'm 14

Maybe the running is causing minor stress incontinence. And If you drink lots of water, pee wont be yellow, and if you havent eaten any asparagus or middle eastern food, it will be odourless. Now you just learned how to pee in a body of water without anyone noticing, congradulations.
