Answers: i am so scared i hav blood on my under pants help!!!

i can totally relate ... whwen i first got mine i was like in denial. I didnt tell my mom until the next day when i ran out of the pads they gave me in 5th grade lol. Just go up to her and pull her a side and just tell her. Trust me, every girl gets it. She will understand. then you can go out and get some pads. YAYYYY! lol

write her a note

just tell her.. nothing to be ashmed of..its a fact of life

idk

um get over your fear, and just tell her. and im guessing quickly!

open your mouth and speak to her.. just like you would tell her anything else..

just tell her

Throw your underpants out and she will never know

Just go pull her aside and tell her that you started and you need her to get you some pads. it is simple and she will understand you completely! Go Now Sweetie! Let her know so she can help you.

GOOD LUCK!!

just tel her..she's been through it and so does everyone else..it's nothing bad!!!

first of all you shouldn't be ashamed of it! Just tell her!!

that happened to me like a year ago and i got scared. u should first get a pad on and then go to ur mom and tell her but if she starts geting happy tell her to act serious here

Your mom will understand and be very supportive. Just say, "mom, can I talk to you about my period? well, i got it."

i just told her that i had it. its not a big deal, really

tell her you have started your period and u need something to put on? don't be scared it fine..

when i had mine i just told her thats all there is to it, she had it tooooo its nothing to be ashamed of just tell her :P

its easy. When i first had it, i was scared too. But then i knew i had to tell my mom, so i just whispered it in her ear. You should tell her, dont be scared! :) She needs to inform you about all the right stuff about periods.

tell her..

she was your age once, it's all part of growing up. She'll give you good advice about things I'm sure.

Just tell her. Though it may hard to comprehend, she was once a teen girl battling telling your grandmother about her period. She'll understand. Don't be afraid of your period. Every girl will get one. Good luck!

Aw, Well i dont know about your situations but for me, my mum was sort of expecting it and i knew where to find pads and such so i just went like "Oh and i got my period" xD

just tell her

when shes at work call her on the phone, then its easy because your on the phone and its not akward

shes ur mom jus tell her

oh wow.
well you do need your mom, she'll give you advice and remember SHE WAS WHERE YOU ARE NOW so first off calm down because every woman gets her period sometime in her life and soon enough it will not be a big deal....
just suggest that you need some pads because its the time of the month, if you are scared she will freak- tell her privately.
congratulations! hahah

uh just tell her! its nothing to be scared of. your going to have it for the next 40-50 years. jsut tell her before it gets all over.

go to her and say mom i had an aunt flo

MOM I AM BLEEDING
I THINK I AM ON MY PERIOD

simple!

Tell her that you started your period. as blunt as that, be honest and straight forward. that is the best track, to keep a honest relationship with anyone, including your parents

my mom is an OBGYN. i know that its hard. but just go up to her and be like, "hey mom do you have a tampon or a pad?". thats kindof self explanitory

Tell your mom, she will help you learn what to do.

She's been where you are now. She's been dealing with it for a long time. Don't worry. Just tell her. It will be easy once you do. DON'T SWEAT IT!
