How much am suppose to weigh?? im about 5'3 and im large frame?? please help!


Question: i have a big chest and thick thigh's so i know im going to be thick, but i wanna know what my numbers are suppose to be. i want to have a healthy number i think right now i weigh about 155-165..so yea where are my numbers suppose to be??

When I was in high school I used to weigh 130 lbs. I am the same height and build as you. I thought I was fat and now I wish I could be 130 lbs again. I used to wear a size 12 pants.

If you put your mind to it, you can lose 20 lbs in no time. I would try walking and just try eating more fruits and veggies. Stay away from fried foods (fast food) and too many sweets.

i asked my doctor the same becuz i am the same height as you and he said you should way 121-145

For a woman 5'3 and with a large frame, she should weigh between 131-147 pounds.

Sex, height, and frame need to be taken into consider when answering this question.

I'm 16 and weigh about 98 or less i can never get a higher weight i try though and i don't think thats normal

if ur male it would be 80/90 & if ur female 65/75

You should weigh what ever makes YOU happy, not society.
How much would your dream wieght be? Then add 10 to 20 pounds. It is a easier goal.
