Every girl reacts differently when they orgasm.
Usually it is a build up tho.. The good feeling builds and builds then we reach a peak of orgasmic bliss :D. If she says she orgasmed she probably did. Not all girls have tons of come or even noticable come when they orgasm. But if her vagina was contracting (tighting and releasing) repetitively then she wasnt faking it.
