How to stay fresh 'down there'?!

Question: Wash every day down there with non-scented soap. Scented soaps can sometimes be irritating down there. Carry around wipes in your purse if you feel like you need to. Also try eating more fruits and drink a lot of water. I heard that your diet really affects the way you smell and taste down there.

Wash 'down there' daily when you shower. It is important that you keep clean down there to avoid any infections, like yeast infection. Make sure you dry 'down there' when your drying off so that you don't get so damp and moist down there that you get an infection, yeast infection can be caused by this. Please, please, please don't douche, it is not good for your body.

shower well, or take a bath.. use summers ever or a product like it and keep it trimmed.. drink tons of WATER not soda not diet soda not coffee.. green tea and white pear tea as well.. dry off well, you can even use the blow dryer on a low setting..

Summer's Eve Feminine Wash... it is hypoallergenic, so it won't irritate your skin down there. I am usually allergic to everthing with certain soaps, detergents, and deoderants, but I have been using this product for almost 3 years and I absolutely swear by it! Hope this helps!

keep it clean

Just soap, plain soap, and water. Do not use powder, sprays or any other surfactant. Keeping it clean will keep it fresh.

Stay clean, use wipes. Douching is bad, it gets rid of the normal good bacteria that fights infection. If you do do it, only maybe once a month after your period.

The vagina is a self cleaning organ.. but to keep the area fresh there are washes made specifically for that area calle feminine wash- you can find it in the same aisle as yeast infection treatments and other women products at drug stores. Its good because it is soap free and fragrance free. Just shower and use that stuff.. and even shave or wax down there- that helps with the fresh feeling

shower daily, try staying dry down there, don't wear tight clothes,

shower at least once a day and if your shower head is detachable take it down and clean your self "down there" thoroughly with a soap that doesn't have any chemicals like Johnson's baby soap or buy a bar of soap from the body shop they have no chemicals and are safe to use "down there" and come in different fragrances that smell really good! also you can buy wipes when you don't have time for a shower , there's usually some near were the tampons and pads are , Theres playtex wipes and always wipes that work really well when you in a hurry and need to clean up down there.
hope this helped!

If you are a kind of person who likes shaving... then i am sure that would be the best. If not, i mean you don't like to shave... then washing down there after peeing would be a good way to stay fresh.

I suggest both... shaving and washing after peeing because it makes that place clean and more healthy. I know that the growing hair would be disturbing... in order to prevent that use / put a lil bit of babies powder... it helps not to feel itchy

Douche
