If you've never had sex then how could you possibly be pregnant?!?!?! Dont worry about it. Your period is probably just late hun. And you could have a hormal balance problem causing your sore nipples. If you really think you're pregnant then buy a home pregnancy test and take it using your first morning urine. Hope this helps.

You can get sore nipples when your due a period it's normal and if you've never had sex there is no way you are pregnant.
an ovarian cyst will cause sore nipples, sometimes leakage, bloating, cramping and late period. BTW, I am assuming you mean sore and not sour, as in lemons.
I would be worried too because 18 days is pretty late. Sched an appt with a gyn to get checked out and possibly an ultrasound to rule out cysts. They can be pretty dangerous if they rupture so make sure you get seen soon.
you are having a hormonal disorer and that causes that too
its cause by thecyst, it is just a developmental growth in u.u are not pregnant
Sour? or sore? If they are sore, thats normal.
