Ladies only: Have you ever had a Pelvic MRI? What can I expect from this?!
Question: It's supposed to be a closed MRI. I've had two on my head and sinuses, and it wasn't scary...but they were both open MRI's. I know it makes a booming noise, but is the tunnel dark like a coffin? I hear alot of people have anxiety attacks in them. I do suffer from that, but I'm not claustrophobic thank god.

Since you've had them before you know what their about.I had to lay on the table feet pointed into the machine.And they put the foam pads under my knee's to hold them in the position they wanted my spine in.(raising knees slightly helps your back to lay in a more natural straight line) That is the only difference.It doesn't hurt (unless your back already is hurting)
