11 Year old?!

Question: My eleven year old daughter said she is having breast pain. She said there is a bump formed on the bone in her breast, but it is not floating. She said they hurt all the time. Could this be cancerous? What else could it be?

No i had that. It hurts when you touch it even slightly. Its a breast bud. Dont need to worry. my mom did and she took me to the doctor and they told us everything was fine.

Stupid question but if she says they hurt all the time, why are you not taking her to a doctor?

I think it could be cancerous, but it could be other things as well. I know that I have several lumps in both of my breasts. They started forming when I was around 12-13. The doctor said that they can't pinpoint the exact cause, but it could be because of drinking too much caffeine. I think that was the cause because I don't drink caffeine at all any more and the lumps are considerably smaller. I would still check with a doc because you just never know and it's better to find out early than when it's too late.

It can be a nerve, but don't trust on my word. You should take her to the doctor so that she can be checked on. I have bumps which are nerves and when I touch them they hurt.

I think her breast are growing and that is why she feels so much pain. I used to feel stings and like electrical shocks (weird, but true).

You should research online how to go about giving yourself or another person a breast exam if you want to do it yourself, but I suggest going to a doctor asap!

Take her a doctor. It sounds normal but it's always best to go to a professional.

DOCTOR!!!!!!!

her boobs are growing. I remember telling my mom that, and it was just them developing. tell her not to touch it. the only way you cant really feel it is if you press hard. tell her not too and shes fine :)

You need to take her to a obgyn...it is most likely nothing but I would rather be safe...

its growing pains. the little lumps are what will be her breasts.
