Exactly one month to get clear skin?!

Question: Im going to this birthday thing in a month. My skin is not one even colour, its blotchy and red in places, my forehead is particular; which is also prone to spots and breakouts. How can I improve my skin in a month?

Your skin reflects what you are on the inside. If you eat loads of junk, your skin will show that.
Eat healthy foods, vegetables, protein, fruit, water, whole grains. Stop eating all sugars, all corn syrups, all processed foods, and all junk foods.
Take a good multi-vitamin, get fresh air and exercise and use natural, gentle products on your skin like Dickenson's Witch Hazel and something like "Burt's Bees" natural cleansers.

Proactiv is a line of skincare products.

why wont you use proactive

Use organic products like Burt's bees. there stuff can help you to correct your skin tone and overall health. i love their products. its gentle and won't harm further damage your skin.

if this doesn't get it done in time then i'd also suggest using a concealer and/or mineral foundation. natural products are best if you are trying to maintain the overall healthiness of your skin and trying to prevent future breakouts.
Proactive may work too but it didnt work for me. proactive is the stuff you see on the commercials all of the time with jessica simpson, and p. diddy and jennifer love hewitt.

you can get pills from the doctor for your skin if its really that bad.

you cud also try to avoid wearing as much makeup and keepin it clear, drinking lots of water, eating more healthily and using face wahses etc

How old are you? is it teenage breakouts?
I find i get breakouts on my forehead through food intolerance rather than hormonal - my triggers are tomatoes (or anything with acid ie: oranges, pineapple) and cheese - if i avoid its usually calmer
Dont use anything with alcohol, it will dry your skin out.
Depending on how much money you have, people swear by dermalogica.

Good luck!!

sound like your allergic to some makeup your wearing and that your using to many different brands
stick to one brand,
one concealer
one moisturiser
one blusher
one foundation
if you do use foundation make sure you mousturis before applying it
it works wonders for me and my mates and i hardly even get spots,
facial scrubs with the little beads in are amzing for unclogging pores and they arent expesive at all (considering which ones you use, boots and none expensive brands are actually better)

hope it helps
