Are you hypothyroid?!

Question: I've had this for about 4 years (I'm 38) and it hasn't been a problem since I've been on synthroid. I missed a couple doses and now I'm laying in bed unable to breath at night, having insomnia, in a daze, weak, and having body aches. This has been going on for weeks. I can't get into the doctor for another couple weeks. Anybody else had this come on after seeming fine on synthroid?

I think you answered your own concerns. You must take the medication every day. Setup pill reminders. Get an organizer and place each pill in each days spot. If in the afternoon, you see its still in the spot, you will know you forgot it. You can also set a cell phone alarm as a reminder. Also, with T4 medications, you can take it at night before bed Then there's no chance of forgetting or interferring with food. Many find taking it at night works. Link below

are u still on your synthroid yet? If u are not on your synthroid that means your symptoms are coming back. Its very important u get into the Dr as soon as possible. U are going to be extremely tired and weak and body aches until u get back on those meds again. Now if u are on your meds and u are still having these problems then u need to increase your meds.
