What can I do to make sure I am bloated as little as possible?!

Drink lots of water to reduce bloat and you can avoid salty foods and also take a diuretic like Aqua Ban for a few days.

midol works wonders.

Drink a lot of water and stay away from salty foods.
Congratulations!!!

Actually water flushes out your system.
I work in a Doctor's office.

Make sure you drink plenty of water so you urinate often. Don't eat a lot of salt or salty food or shellfish. try taking a diuretic daily to help flush your system.

Midol

I always take midol complete on my period and it helps a lot with the bloating. I don't think there is anything preventative you can do really, just as it comes! Oh the joy of being a woman!

how about midol or pamprin?
congradulations!

But kittens are so tasty.......... Do no use any salt or caffeine. You could try some over the counter water pills. But I'm not an expert.

Drink lots of water and cut down on your junk food. You will go to the bathroom a lot, but your just flushing out your system, which is good.

if you drink alot water surely that would give you more water retention??????!!!!! and make you more bloated????!!!!

Sodium(salt) will cause ur body to retain body(kidneys) water. Especially a week before cut ur salt down

If u want to be extreme and being ur wedding u can
The day before if u can go spend some time in a suana open your pores and clear them also the sweating will hydrate ur skin and if u exercise, have a monster run day before. Drink nothing but water the day before and control the fluid intake. Do not dehydrate urself!!!! and u should be good. Do not try any of the gimmiki supplements!

Stop eating whole kittens.
