Question: YES.
The anatomy of your boobs goes like this: fatty tissue (related to your body fat percent) over/around breast tissue over milk ducts. So when you gain or lose weight, your bobs get larger or smaller respectively. Also, just to screw with your head, sometimes they just get larger or smaller. I have a friend who has huge boobs, and she's really tiny, and she just found out that she went from an F to a double F. My best just dropped down a size to B out of nowhere.
Also, depending on your age they could still be... adjusting. especially if you're under 22-24. Or if you're older, it could just be some minor weight loss (or gain). check your weight, it could have just come out of (or onto) the fatty tissue on your breasts.
