It happens to me too, sis!!!
I didn't get mine for 4 months and I was so worried...but they came last week and lasted a few days. Before I got them for a month running and I had to go to the doctor and she gave me tablets to stop the bleeding.

yes there could be but it is most likely their hormones or their metabolism but in either case my advice is to go to their OBGYN.
Maybe stress or irregular bleeding, don't worry.
