Height worry!?!

Question: i've been on so many websites
to try and calculate my expected adult height
and they all say 5'3" or 5'4"
that is really small!
i know there is no way to control your growth
but what can help enable me to grow to the maximum my body can!

my mum is 5'8
and my dad is 5'4.

Websites aren't too reliable and there is a good chance in which you might get a growth spurt especially as your mum is 5'8, don't panic too much...

being short isn't too bad too you can enhance yourself in the mean time by wearing some sexy heal/ skinny jeans to make yourself appear taller...plus sometimes short is cute! But still dont panic theres still time, just enjoy how you are at the moment and make the most of what you got!!

Eat calcium and vegetables!

I'm 5'2, and I'm 19
It's really not all that small.

im 5'5" its not that small.

You have to eat healthy foods, and things rich in calcium. Also, you need to exercise and build muscle. Get plenty of sleep.

I mean if you're a dude you're going to be a little taller than your dad after puberty probably like 5'5 and if you're a chick you'll be around your mom's height.

You could always try some Human Growth Hormone or Thyroid Hormone like the Baseball players.... But those are basically illegal unless you have a doctor identified deficiency....

Take Complan. or else there are ways to increase height. sleep for 12 hours deeply and ensure that there is not even a speck of light when you sleep. no peeps from windows or door edges or transparent screens. total darkness you shd not even be able to see ur hands or ur nose. and also visit a gym and do strectching exercise they help give u an inch ot two. there are proteins that help u grow.
