You can't really spot reduce but strengthening your abdominal muscles will help. Try crunches and doing the plank. And then there is always liposuction or a tummy tuck.
I've found a combination of cardio and crunches/sit-ups are the best. Also-watch your diet, dont' be eating a lot of sweet or starchy stuff. Try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, and do around 50 crunches to start with, and work your way up to more. Good luck!
