Question: I want to know if anyone else has this problem after sex?
When you have sex and the man cums inside you,how do you clean it all out without it coming out later? I always clean myself after sex,but afterward,when I try to get it all out,there is always leftovers,and I just cannot get it all out,how would you get all the way up in there to get it all out? And god forbid I should cough or something afterward,it comes out all over my underwear and thats just plain gross,cause many times I was heading out afterward and it just came out of me like a waterfall,and made a real mess,and it smells if you dont clean it all out afterward. Please give me ideas on how to get it all out right away. Thanks in advance i am serious about this, it is not a joke or stupid question,plz help.

you should always wash with warm water and soap after sex, but try not to be too invasive in your washing otherwise you run a risk of introducing infection. once you've washed and dried yourself, try wearing a discreet panty liner for an hour or so afterwards, they are clean and easy to change and therefore wont get smelly.
Wear pantyliners after sex. It may sound weird but it really helps keep your underwear neat.
I would suggest you use a douche bag. They are meant for cleanining the vagina internally. it s the best ting to get rid of all that ***. NOTE " a douche bag is a reall item for vaginal cleaning.
Okay, that is really foul. First of all, you should be bagging it.
If you urinate right after sex (which you should do anyway, to help prevent UTIs) then most of it comes out then. Baby wipes help! :)
EDIT: Do NOT use a douche. Ever! It interferes with the pH in your vagina which can cause all sorts of problems ranging from irritation to odor to yeast infections. Do not ever use douches - the body is self-cleaning.
Can you be any more graphic? A simple "How do I clean my vagina out after having sex?" should have sufficed.
If you don't know how to clean/douche yourself after sex, maybe you need not be having it.
btw...ever hear of a condom?
I you're worried, perhpas you should use condoms. They'll not only sort that problem out, but they'll seriously reduce the chances of you or your partner getting an STD and, of course, further reduce the chance of pregnancy. Even the pill isn't 100% effective, and using both just means you can be even more confident that you won't get pregnant until you really want to.
As a man, let me just say that I don't mind using condoms in the slightest. I don't want an STD, I don't want to be a dad yet and wearing one makes no difference to how much I enjoy sex.
I'm sure some of the ladies on here will be able to give you more 'anatomical' advice though.

either you take a shower immediately after intercourse, or use a panty liner... either way you can get rid of that stuff
I use pantie liners myself. I have a friend that says she uses a tampon. I used to use a douche kit after but my o.b. told me that's not health to do that so often.
