i got my report and it says i have low iron wats tht mean is it like adisorder of some kind

You don't have a disorder. You probably have anemia. It's where your body has low iron and you probably get weak and out of breath easy. Your doctor will probably put you on either iron pills or prenatal vitamins. I'm on prenatals because my doctor said they had more iron. I feel a lot better since I've been on them. The iron pills made me feel queasy and sick most of the day. You should also start eating more red meat since it is high in iron.
It probably means that you aren't eating enough meat, but ask your doctor exactly what he wants you to do to correct the situation.
You just need to eat more foods with iron thats all
