1) just because you haven't started yet doesn't mean you won't start soon. it sounds like you will get it soon or you could get it later. if you are really athletic then you'll probably get it a little later.
2)discharge is this stuff that you'll find in your underwear and it will be a clearish whitish goopy stuff in your underwear. it will probably feel damp down there if you have discharge if you want to feel dryer you could wear a pantyliner everyday
and if you haven't already you could go to the store and get some pads just in case
Good Luck and don't be worried:)

1) probably not to worry until you are 15 or 16. If you still dont have it by then you will need to see a doctor.
2) It can be clear or white. If any other color, ther might be an infection. If you stay clear of sex of any kind, you shouldnt have very much of it.

its like white goopy stuff down there..it can be clear...it sorta feels like you pee your pants and stuff

you're young and still growing. this is normal. especially if youre an athlete, or simply do a ton of sports, your period might not come around until 8th or even 9th grade! this is normal. dont worry you seem perfectly fine.

discharge can be white and thick (there should be no odor if there is it could be a yeast infection) or clear and kind of slimy. if you find anything in your underwear its most likely discharge. ask your mom for pantiliners and you'll be ok.

good luck!

you dont want to start, trust me.

discharge is the sticky stuff in your knickers that comes from your vagina.

You'll see it in your panties or when you wipe after peeing. It is sort of a white, milky looking discharge. Sometimes it is clear.

Tons of people start a little later. You don't always get it immediately after you turn 13. I got mine when was 12, but my mom got hers when she was 17. So, you never can really know! Developing isn't always a sign that you're going to get it; some people get it at 9 years old. It's rare, but it happens. And it varies for tons of people. There is never a set age.
You will know if you have discharge by looking at your underwear or toliet paper...It is a white milky color and usually comes before your period (and frequently after you get it the first time).
