you can take it after 6 days but it won't be as accurate as if you waited 2 weeks like you are normally suppose to.

1st missed period (or whenever your next period would be if it were regular-a month from your last period).
normally the urine test can be make the next 7 days after having sex if it is negative and you don't get your period make another one.
i would wait at least a couple weeks, maybe a month.Or wait till your not having a pediod most times
