Yes. I wouldn't want anyone else to pee where I'm swimming and I like to show them the same consideration. Why not try going to the bathroom BEFORE you go to the park or go once you get there before you get in the water?

Pools in waterparks are basically enormous toilets. Don't feel the least bit guilty about urinating at will while you're in there - everyone does that.
However, I found out the hard way that its frowned upon to go number 2 in those pools. How silly is that?

Yes of course no matter how long the wait! Next time you go to pee in the water try to remember what i saw last time i was at a water park.... A lady had her toddler son in the water with a nappy on, suddenly she undid it, took it off and started washing it out in the water.... IT HAD POO IN IT!!!!! I've never seen a pool clear so fast! I havent been back since!

yeah i always do because at waterparks theres water slides... i dont want to be rushing through water with my own pee in it... oh gosh i hope other people dont pee in the water at waterparks... gross rushing through other peoples pee on the water slides
i only pee (in places other than the actual toilet) in the shower because its there then its gone straight away
I walk to the restroom, not go in the pool! That's just gross. Think of it this way: nine out of 10 people figure "no one can tell" and each of those 9 pee in the water, then you're swimming in 90% piss!! And that gets in your eyes and mouth and stuff, gross!
