depends upon a girl. if you are getting your periods by this time I guess it will be fully developed and its like it will grow as you willg et old.
Not necessarily, everyone matures at different ages. It will happen.

But everyone is different (no matter how many times you hear it, it's still true). A few girls won't by then, nor will they have developed much elsewhere. And many girls will just be mostly fully developed, pubic-hair-wise by then, so they are for practical purposes, but a few years later might have thicker, fuller bushes.
By eighth grade, just a little less at every stage.
Have to wonder why you ask though. If you're over 18 and you're seeing a girl who says she's in high school, but you're doubting it because she has little or no pubes, I have to say think HARD about it 'cause police are only a good thing in your life if YOU called them. Not if her parents did. Odds are, if she's as old as she might have said, she should be able to prove it, though I admit, it's dicey figuring out how to make her do so without her being irretrievably p*ssed. But then, there's that police thing...
