I think that only works when you are very overweight. I mean, anything is possible, but really fat people can drop pounds in seconds by changing their diet just a little and doing like one jumping jack.

It depends how much you've got to lose - but generally a weight loss of 2lbs per week is best. Steady and quite slow means it is more likely to stay off!

Depends on how heavy you are to start with. If you're over weight it's possible. If you're just trying to drop 5-10 pounds no. When overweight people start losing weight they'll lose it really fast, however once they get down close to their target it'll slow down because you have less and less weight to lose.

Yes, cut carbs down to 20 a day and cut out sugar completly and the pounds fall off. You can do that and still eat healthily.
