You probably had rough sex, or sex when you were intoxicated and couldn't feel that it was hurting you at the time. Maybe the guy was a little too big for you. The swelling and light bleeding / spotting should go away in about 2 days. If it continues to burn when you pee, you could have a yeast infection. You can get an over-the-counter treatment or go to a doctor.
I would go to a doctor if you are still having these symptoms 3 days from now.

Was it unprotected sex? Obviously a worry about STDs, but the other possibility (especially if it was your first time) is that your man was too rough or too large and has bruised or battered you a bit much.
It's normal to be a little swollen after sex, especially if you're just becoming sexually active. How do your know your ovaries were hurting? Normally you can't feel those.
