How do i ask him to rub my stomach when i have cramps?!

Try asking him to massage your lower back, hips and thighs. That helped me a lot with menstrual cramps.
I ask my hubby if he can rub my stomach when i get really bad cramps..just ask nicely.
just ask. They will usually do it just to shut us up for the time being. My husband use to do it for 2 min. and say is that good. Well, hec no!!

I feel a but weird when my BF rubs my stomach during my period because its like I'm pregnant or something lol...but the first day they really hurt so I ask him to rub it then, after the first day they aren't so bad.
Just ask nicely. It's not that big of a deal. It's just a part of life to get your period and have cramps. If you still don't want to ask him, I've found that a few pain pills like advil or tylenol work great along with a heating pad over your lower abdomen and stomach.
