Question: ok well im 13 and its not for sex or anything but just like cramp's and everything. like i get like really bad cramp's that like sometimes i have to miss school. and i alway fell like im going to throw up and well can i take birth control and if so whats the best?????? Thanks.

Yes you can take birth control. Youll have to go to your family doctor and maybe even bring a parent or gaurdian with you, but they will help you. When it comes to picking a certain pill your doctor will look at all your symptoms and whether you are concerned about cramps, acne, weight gain, etc. and then decide on the right pill for you. Yes, you can, but your best bet is to speak to your parents and doctor. Describe your symptoms, and your doctor can recommend a remedy for you. There may be something else going on.
Try Midol, you can get it at any grocery store. It helps with cramps and at this age you need to stay away from hormones, unless you want to have a stroke at 30...
