Yes! Definitely. You need to get it checked. Breast cancer is showing up in younger women now and usually with early detection, you can avoid the horrible things like having to have your breast removed or even death. You need to get it checked asap, it may just be a fibrous growth or a cyst, but breast cancer is serious!!!! At least find out for peace of mind. Don't wait.
usually the lumps to be concerned about are around the size of a pea or larger, and are solid masses.
since yours is squishy and moves around, there is less likely to be problem.
ask your doctor to organize a breast screen. you'll sleep better at night when you know you are safe and sound.

If it wasn't there before then you should get an examination from the doctor. Better safe than sorry.
