I NEED TO PEE! Help?!?!
Question: So my friend and I had a sleepover and she dared me to hold my pee as longs as I can. I've been holding it for like 2 hours! What should I do? I have to hold it for 4 hours or pee in my pants the next time we go out! Help soon, I feel like I'm gonna die! Please don't say stuff about waterfalls or stuff like that. And if u aren't clear, I have to hold it for 4 hours. If I go to the bathroom before the 4 hours are up, I have to pee my pants in public. Any tecniuques on how to hold it would help!

Why go the toilet now and pee your pants later?? Combine the two things. When the need becomes too intense, just let go some in your pants and try to regain control. Then wait and repeat the game, and repeat...

Holding your urine for long periods of time can be dangerous . It is best to leave it out now becauase it wont be bad then.

You can't. If your body has to go, it has to go. The more you think about it, the worse it is. Tell your friend that it is a childish thing to do, and you will not risk a bladder/kidney infection, incontinence, and other problems just to win a dare.

There was a girl on the bews who did not pee for hours and she died because her heart drowned in all the water in her body.

Truthfully, sweetheart, what most of us are saying is, we don't want you to get sick, but it's your kindey, your bladder and ultimately your life, not ours. Why get sick for a silly dare. If your friend doesn't care about your health, she's not much of a friend, so lose her friendship and save your health.
And they say the kids of today can't provide their own entertainment !
By the way, if your bladder ruptures, you'll have more fun and activity than you want. It happens.

If you hold your urine, you could do PERMANENT damage to your bladder and/or kidneys! You're leaving yourself open to possible infection. You could even rupture your bladder and DIE.
This is a stupid dare, and you better learn to grow up and not be so stupid in the future. If it were me, I'd just run out on your "friend's" front lawn and pee there! It'd teach both of you dummies a lesson!

give up on the dare for your health it's really dangerous to mess around with the bladder you could get a major infection , if she was a real friend she would'nt dare you to do this.good luck take care of yourself let it all out asap!

it's not a good idea to hold your pee for so long go to the bathroom now, even if it means peeing your pants later on. then when you have to pee your pants sit on your friend's lap as you do it.
