You should be fine by tomorrow, but if not take it easy.

Try pain reliever combined with a heating pad... don't drink anything carbonated but load up on water!

i get that too. take some Tylenol. thats what i do and it helps wonders

tylenol and tea

Try a heating pad. This feels so gooood! Can you take ibuprofen or midol.

If you are in pain, it's hard to play soccer.

It sounds like ovarian cysts. They usually go away on their own, but they can be intolerable until they do. They are very common and normally drain out over time.

i use midol: teen formula... works wonders

just take some ibuprofin about a half an hour before the game and they will be gone

i get them once and a while. a heat pack across my stomach helps alot

take some midol and then take ibuprofen it should work...

heating pad
cheap solution: take a clean sock, fill it with uncooked rice. microwave for like 10 seconds. and place it on your lower abdomin. yeah, miss the game, your coach will understand.

oh gosh juss lay down in bed, take midol or somethin.. and if your not feelin well tmrw dont go, but you dont want to let your teammates down either

i think it's okay sounds really rough i hope your feeling better soon.maybe a warm bubble bath will help with the cramps?

midol and use a heating pad.
if you don''t have a heating pad take a shower or a bath.
light exercise can actually lessen the severity of your cramps, but its definitely understandable to miss a soccer game.

Yea its fine, I use meds that dont have asprin in them.... they thin your blood causing you to bleed more. Also try to lay with a heating pack where it hurts... it helps me!

take a sock and shove it up your.. just kidding

okay realy take a sock and put rice in it.. heat it up for about a minute in the microwave. and lay down and put it on your tummy where the cramps are.. honestly it works heating up the cramps will relieve them

Tylenol did cra* for me. i was taking 3 ibuprofen and 2 tylenol to get rid of the pain, even then it wasnt gone...only difference mine was EVERY month. i went on BC because of the pain, it helps i still get light cramps but nothing ic ant handle ;-)

Drink milk!!!!!!!!!
Also put a heating bad on your pelvic area. I have a small one thats meant to be used for pain that plugs into the wall...thats what i use. Lie down with it on your plevic area and just relax, dont tense up!! thats the worst you can do for it. Or you can use like a microwave heating pack.

get up and walk around when u star to feel a little better, its the best thing for it.

When I get bad cramps I take Motrin then I take a heating pad and lay it on my stomach and lay down. If your cramps continue the next day, I would miss your game cause with pain you won't be able to play your best. Also my doctor recommended me to take Evening Primose oil pills. It helps relieve the pain as well. It helped with my pain. I started to get pain when I was ovulating. After all kinds of test, that was the best for me to use. It is also good to take for women's health. You can get them from any health store or Wal Mart.

It sounds like you have some of the same symptoms that I used to have. For me, I would feel a heat flash start to come on, then extreme nausea and vomiting with massive cramping to the point of screaming for help. It never lasted more than 20 minutes, but I can say with full confidence that it is the most physically and excruciating pain I have ever been in in my life. I now take birth control to control the symptoms because pain reliever doesn't touch it. I'm currently on Levora, which is just one pill a day, just you're average B.C. I would definitely talk to your doctor about it though, that's what I did. Now only you know your body and can know whether you're able to play soccer, but definitely talk to your doctor about it. Maybe even Planned Parenthood, they're helpful as well.

ibuprofen works wonders for me :)

The first day is usually the worst, I would suggest 800mg of ibuprofen, a heat pad, and sleep. If they are really bad tomorrow and don't feel like you can play, then thats your decision I used to miss tons of school beacuse of extremes cramps. I mean extreme almost worse than labor pains. (I have children) good luck
