I am ovulating , it knda herts like period cramps . and i am really tired . why?!

Question: It's normal for 20% of women to have cramps when they ovulate. It's called Mittelschmerz, which means Middle Cycle. You can take Midol or whatever you do for period cramps, and discuss it with your OB/GYN, but it's nothing to worry about.

Just prior to ovulation, follicle growth may stretch the surface of the ovary, causing pain. At the time of ovulation, fluid or blood is released from the ruptured egg follicle and may cause irritation of the abdominal lining. Mittelschmerz may be felt on one side one month, then switch to the opposite side the next month, or it may be felt on the same side for several months in succession.

you could be pregnant. now is the time to take the test.

because sometimes ovulating is painful too. If you're tired go get a coffee and learn how to spell.
