Stomach Pressure?!

Question: I woke up this morning feeling nauseous. As the day progressed I started feeling pressure right under my tummy, almost like cramps. It isn't a horrible pain, but it kinda feels like I have gas, but I don't....And my stomach has been grumbling all day even after I eat....What could this mean? I'm not pregnant.

digestive problem, and, for explanation purposes, gas.

you just need to drink liquid, take it easy on the food for a day or two, and let gas pass :)

its the fartsies, they will eventually come out :) babies get a LOT of those if you wanna ask your parents, they might know something traditional to help them pass.
id suggest laying on your back, and lifting your feet then pedaling. And if it hurts too much, put a pillow right under your belly and lie on it mouth to floor.

get well!

sounds like you're constipated.

Eat some garlic

Its probably just bad digestion. This happens to me sometimes. Sometimes food just isn't moving along as freely as we would hope. It will pass but record what you have eaten when this happens. Your body may have a hard time digesting certain foods. Mine has a difficult time digesting chicken. I have to make sure its well cooked or my stomach will feel like that.

You may just be fighting off a stomach virus. What's going around at your school/work? Have you eaten anything in the last 24 hrs that could be the culprit? When was your last BM? Probably nothing to be concerned about. It will pass. Drink some ginger tea and take it easy.

its probably just a gas bubble that has gotten trapped...try stretching and moving around and see if it moves...also drink a carbonated beverage and try to burp (and try to push it out the other end too, just not hard enough to mess yourself...lol)...if you are still feeling discomfort, try taking simethicone, kinda like those infant gas drops, but I believe they have an adult version of it...

I get that feeling sometimes. I never know what it is, but sometimes I'll wait and eventually let out one long burp (I know it sounds disgusting, but I feel better afterwards). Other times, I'll wait it out, then after I use the bathroom, I feel better.

Hope you feel better.

When the time is right just raise one cheek or the other and let her rip, oh my the skid marks I have made ;-)
