Six pack, or at least toned????!


Question: Ok, Heres the deal. I am a girl with a very busy schedual and i could do a small ab work out day and night, i just need something that will give me abs in like a month or two. (hahaa i know its like the eternal question!) PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE help!

Actually, 90% of having toned abs is cardio and your diet, not necessarily just ab work outs. If you eat a healthy, well balanced diet, and eat 6 small meals a day to boost your metabolism and do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day, you should be well on your way! Ab work outs help but they aren't the only variable for great abs.
