Stress can definitely be a factor but, it may be that you are sleeping a little bit too long.
try waking up a little bit earlier than your normal time.
Is there anything stressing you out? That could be the reason.
Im not tryin to stress you out or anything, but this is not a good sign you shouldnt be waking up to headaches every morning. I would go and see the doctor if i were you hun. Hope everything is ok.
You may please go for a check up for any defective vision or sinusitis. Keep your bowels free from constipation. You may also go for a general checkup of your health. please avoid all anxiety and stress in your day to day works to get rid of all head aches!
