I'm gonna trust you are not gonna get too grossed out by this!

Sex is basically simple - he enters you, there is a bit of movement which 'tickles' the sensitive skin at the head (top) of his penis making the man ejaculate (or 'come'). When he ejaculates, the fluid that comes out is called spermatoza, which is a mix of watery fluid and actual sperm (swimming in this). To get pregnant the sperm need to swim up inside the woman and fertilize the eggs inside her, so yes, the man needs to ejaculate for the woman to get pregnant.

Though, while unlikely, if either the man or the woman has spermatoza on their fingers and then put them near to the vagina then there is the (small) possibility that the sperm could swim up and inside.

Hope this satisfies your curiosity! xx

No he has to come inside you...What the hell does ejaculate mean anyways

Sperm can leak out even if a man has not ejaculated (to the previous answerer--look it up the dictionary). There is no time during your cycle where you cannot get pregant. The only way NOT to get pregnant is NOT to have unprotected sex.

It is is extremely unlikely to get pregnant if he pulls it out right. The problem with pulling out is not semenal fluid seepage, it is that he may not always want to pull out and then he will just blow his load.

Pulling out is an effective method of birth control if done right everytime! Understand pre-c'um is mainly semenal fluid that has an extremely low content of sperm, also most sperm are not trying to impregnate you... they are there to fight off other sperm from anyother guy that maybe left in your body. About three years ago it was noticed that when two sets of male sperm are put together most just fight and kill eachother. They also found when the male suspects cheating he will actually develop more attack sperm.

I don't recommend pulling out, unless you two are married and want to have a kid someday, but if happens now accidentally well that is good.

Unfortunately pulling out has been branded as ineffective, but I used it for over 15 years and I have never got anyone pregnant... and my sperm levels are normal
