hey, i had one removed about a month ago. they did the incision around my nipple and i only have a line were they cut. once it starts healing, rub vitamin e on the scar and it should be really faint within a year. i dont have a dent in my breast were they removed the lump. it might look like that at first but mine evened out. good luck with your surgery!!
