It's best not to shave there. The red dots are ingrown hairs and basically everytime you shave oyur just cutting the heads off (not nice) It is best to get this area waxed as it lasts much longer and the hairs arent as sharp when they come through the skin (stubble). About the discharge, this is completely normal, it just means your vagina is cleaning itself out. You can always wear a thin pantyliner in your underwear if this bothers you so much and no one would know. If your discharge starts to become discloloured or smelly though, see a doctor.

anyways, about the bumps, well, then don't shave down there. it takes to much time...get a wax or something.
The inching is from shaving so are the bumps. If you are going to continue shaving I suggest you get use to the itch.
Alternative solution to shaving would be to get a wax or not have your vagina completely bald.
