Serious heath problem with g/f, anyone with good knowledge please help!?!
Question: Ok to start off I have been begging her to see a doctor for a weeks now and she has gone but she is stubborn and only gives the doctor bits and pieces of the information, so they say she is fine. Before she went on spring break she went on her period, and she is on birth control, i dont know the name of it. When she was on break she awoke one morning and realized she took two pills the night before, so she kept taking the pills as normal. While she was there she was throwing up almost everynight, and was almost always nautious. I figured it was from all the drinking and maybe extra hormones from the pills. However when she got back she began having vaginal bleeding, this is almost 1 1/2 to 2 weeks after her period. Also for about a week after she got back from break she would throw up alot of what she ate sober. And this bleeding has lasted like 12 days and it is usually after sex. The only thing i can think of is eptopic pregnancy, but since she wont see a doctor I have no idea

Your girlfriend could have several different problems going on at once. The most pressing one is the alcohol she is drinking. Clearly, she's having problems with nausea, vomiting, vaginal bleeding...but it's hard to say what's going on. The first two could be alcohol-related, and or some interaction of alcohol + hormones. You really need to support her in not drinking--find ways to have fun without partying. She may be drinking to avoid some issue in her life, but she won't be able to resolve it unless she is sober. I'd suggest insisting that you go with her to the doctor, being clear that it's your love for her that is driving you. And for the vaginal bleeding: again, it could be the pills; it could be that she needs more lubrication during sex; it could be an infection (though if she got an exam and they didn't see anything, perhaps not). I suggest you both try to change your lifestyles together and then see where things are.
Maybe when she has to be rushed to the hospital she will realize that she needs to tell a gynecologist what is going on. 2 birth control pills shouldn't cause this. There is something more serious going on.
Your GF is hardheaded and stubborn. Don't enable her by staying with her.
