Definately go to your doctor and get checked out. I missed two periods but got severe cramping, then they were very light and lasted to for 2 days. Last month I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) I wouldnt worry to much about this as you may not have it, but a lot of women are not aware of this and think missing periods and having cramps is normal when really it is not normal and maybe be hormone imbalancements etc. And this can be helped and you do not have to put up with it if you seek medical advice!! Hope this has helped.
I think you should go see your doctor. It might not be anything, but if you have bad cramping with no bleeding, you really should go get checked out.
