Please help..Im scared!!?!
Question: Okay im 16wks pregnant and im having horrible headaches everyday,and when i get them they dont stop sometimes they move to the back of my head.These headaches make me sick and i checked my blood sugar it was sorta low.This is my 1st pregnancy & this scares me! I already have low iron what does this mean is it normal? Tylenol doesn't take my headaches away at all.....Please Help im scared and worried!

Talk to your doctor. If you can't get an appt right away, consider eating 6 small meals a day to keep your blood sugar up, get liquid Chlorophyll (health food store) and add it to your water, it will build red blood cells. Also drink more water, you may be dehydrated.
if you sugar and iron have been low, you need to work on eating better. i wouldn't take pills, since you're pg. i get headaches like that and hot showers really help.
It maybe your low blood sugar and/or your low iron levels. I wouldnt worry too much as stress and worry can bring on or make headaches worsen. I would go seek medical advice though as pregnancy, especially your first, is tough enough let alone worrying about other things. the headaches that you are expericing can be sinus headaches from pollen. I use to get them bad and tylenol didnt take mine away either.
Make sure you are taking vitamins!!!
Go to your doctor and ask what kinda headach sinus medicane you can take. I know these headaches suck!! I sometimes mine would last a week. It was very bad.

Check in with your doctor about a pill called Propranolol. I had headaches like yours for almost 30 years When you take this pill, you must lay down in a quiet cool place and try to sleep for a short time. Normally after sleep the headache will go away.Before I slept I sprayed my nose with a nasal spray and blowed it good. These headaches are thought to have been caused by a small blood vessel being pinched that is somewhere under the sinuses or in your nasal cavity. The nasal mist will help relieve the pressure in those areas. This procedure made my headaches go completely away over a short period of time. Good Luck
