well what is weird is that when i was little i would drink lots of Vitame D milk!! and my boobs are a good size i am a 13 year old girl and i am a 34C and that is all i used to drink but it is fating so i guess drink a lot of Vitame D milk! that might help.

lol just wait..if you reach an age and you still feel unhappy with the size,consider implants,but that's totally on you and how you feel.
Try bra's with jelly in, they can add more size. :)

i would suggest buying some padded bras, they help the look.

as time goes by and nothing happens you should consult a doctor, but other than that you will just have to wait .
The thing to do is find guys who like the look of a slim bust (there are lots out there), and have fun wearing things that the big-busted girls would bounce out of.
Look at Keira Knightley, to name just one - busty is one way to look good, but certainly not the only one.
