This should help you decide.

Once you start puberty a white and/or clear, non-foul smelling discharge (mucous) is normal. The vagina is self-cleaning. You will also have your own 'scent' (musky) and it will smell stronger to you than to others. This same discharge increases the closer you get to ovulation and when you are sexually aroused. Trust me, you don't ever want it to go away.

Different Types of Discharge:

White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.

Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.

Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.

Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor.

Brown: May happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown.

Different types of infections:

Signs of yeast infections:
White, cottage cheese-like discharge
Swelling and pain around the vulva
Intense itching

Signs of bacterial vaginosis:
A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge
A fishy odor that is strongest after sex or after washing with soap
Itching or burning
Slight redness and swelling of the vagina or vulva

Signs of trichomoniasis
A watery, yellowish or greenish bubbly discharge
An unpleasant odor
Pain and itching when urinating
Most apparent after your period

Probally just discharge
If it is discharge it means everything is working and that you are healthy. Its the vaginas way of cleaning its self

It's discharge

discharge is the cleaning out of a womans body naturally.

If you didn't have discharge you wouldnt be healthy so you are healthy and don't worry about this every girl gets discharge.

is it an infection? odor? burning?

When it happens to me, it's usually a chunk of vaginal mucus that gets washed away by the urine flow.

If you are SURE that it is coming from your urethra, see your doctor.

I hope I helped!

As someone else here suggested: is there odor, itching, burning? If so, it could be something simple like a yeast infection. It can usually be treated by over-the-counter medication, but if it's the first time you've experienced this it would be better to see a doctor first.

You can have a discharge after peeing but if something is coming out from the same place as you pee then you need to see your doctor! If you have blood or anything in your pee then you have to see a doc. because you can have a kidney infection which can be serious! you should have it checked if you are for sure peeing it out!
