Being aroused has nothing to do with whether you have or have not engaged in sexual intercourse. It is a natural, bodily response to different hormones. Once you begin menstruating, your body is beginning to get physically prepared for sexual intercourse. So, even if you are not mentally prepared to have sex, it is perfectly normal to become physically aroused.

Virgins have the same hormones as everyone else. If they didn't, no one would ever lose their virginity!

Or, if you have a partner, remember there are lots of things you can do that will make you both feel good or even bring you to orgasm that don't require penis-in-vagina intercourse. Personally I think most of these things make you no longer a virgin (or else I and most lesbians I know would be virgins, and believe me, that's not the case!), but they don't mean you've had intercourse, obviously.
In any case: these feelings are normal and healthy, but you're still in charge, not your hormones. Anything you don't want to do? Don't do it!
